"Misty" and Lesley
Dear Gaby,
One day home and Misty is amazing... I took her for 3 walks after you left and she was great... I was so proud of her! I can't tell you how encouraging this is, thanks so much!!
Update (5/3/08): Gaby, Just thought I'd let you know that it's been over a month since Boot Camp and Misty
is doing wonderful, it's like having a new dog!
She's heeling beautifully, walking her is a pleasure now. The barking in the truck is a thing of the past,
taking her for rides is a joy. She still barks when the doorbell rings but that’s good, she stops and calms down
when I tell her too. My family can't believe the difference in her, she seems much calmer and happier.
She's even friendlier with strangers, my son brought some friends to the house and Misty was
letting them pet her within minutes of coming through the door, I couldn't believe it, an added bonus I didn't
expect.
This was the best investment I have ever made, just wish I'd done it sooner! Thank you again for all your
help, I tell everyone that will listen how great your training program is!

"Hannah" and Seta and Brook
I am writing in reference to Gaby's amazing training!!!
We have two puppies Charley and Hannah. Charley has always been an easy dog to handle and train, but then there was Hannah. Hannah is high strung, full of love but too much energy and we were unable to handle her. We used to kid around calling Hannah our demon possessed puppy, but it really wasn't funny at all.
We heard about Gaby from a neighbor and felt we had to do what was best for her and for us! After the evaluation we felt we needed a head start therefore we sent her away for a week Boot Camp. We were worried and concerned as to how well this would work, but when Hannah arrived back home, all our worried were put to rest. Hannah is a new dog, she is still our baby but now she is obedient, and manageable!
Gaby is worth every penny we spent, her training is amazing, and as far as we are concerned Gaby is The Dog Whisperer of Southwest Florida!!!!!!!!!!
If you love your dog, you should spend the money and the time to train your dog properly, otherwise you shouldn't have a dog!
Sincerely,
Brook and Seta King

"Daisy" and Maria
Dear Gaby,
I just wanted to take a moment and thank you again for all the work with Daisy. She is a new dog. She’s still the wild and crazy Daisy, but just with more order in her life. I have to say it was probably harder for me than for her, she has adapted so well to all the training techniques that everyone who sees her now is just so amazed. It’s great to be able to have people come over and take her with me everywhere and not have her jump all over everyone she sees.
So from Daisy and me… Thanks so much!

"Haus & Little Joe" and Adeline and Rich
Dear Gaby,
We can’t thank you enough for everything you have helped us to accomplish with our boys. The training we received from you has made it possible to enjoy the dogs again. Not only did you teach us the commands, you provided the philosophy so we could understand why, which has assisted us in applying what we have learned to many situations. The walks with Haus and Little Joe are no longer stressful for any of us. We no longer turn and go the other way if we see others walking their dogs, or kids on bikes, etc. We walk past them proudly and confidently. We are no longer afraid of introducing the boys to other dogs, and it wouldn’t be right if we didn’t give thanks and credit to your boys, Amos and Kaiser for their help with that, so, many thanks, kisses and hugs to them both. We are grateful for the confidence, and knowledge we received from you over the last seven weeks and plan to continue working with you on the next level in the near future.
We would like everyone who reads this to know that we think Gaby is amazing. We were very impressed with her when we first contacted her by phone but when she came to our home for an evaluation, we couldn’t believe what she was able to do with our dogs. We knew immediately that she could help us. Our training with her was in our home, but it didn’t stop there, she always made herself available to us through phone calls and e-mails. She never rushed through a lesson, or was ever in a hurry to leave. Gaby always made sure we understood the lesson, how to give the command correctly, and also made sure we were comfortable practicing it before she would end our session. We have never met a trainer who has as much love and compassion for dogs as she does. Our dogs absolutely love her and so do we. No matter what your needs are, basic obedience or problem solving we strongly urge you to call Gaby.
Thank You So Much,

"Rudy" and Carey and Steve
Hi Gaby,
I feel like this e-mail is so overdue, and I apologize for not contacting you sooner. Just wanted to give you an update on Rudy. I'm hoping you remember Steve and I and our very stubborn Shih Tzu, Rudy.
Last March, after Rudy had bitten me, you and I had spoken and if you don't remember, I was at my wit's end and ready to give Rudy away forever. Steve convinced me to keep Rudy in the household. I agreed with the condition that Steve take care of Rudy 100% and I would have no responsibility taking him to groomers, vets, etc. Well, I have to say one year later, I believe Rudy has really improved. He still is very well behaved walking on his leash, ("heel, easy, stop"). He sleeps in his crate every night and is not allowed on furniture. The last one Steve doesn't stick to all the time, but when I come in the room, Rudy gets off the furniture immediately. Even though Steve has not stuck to or reinforced everything that you have taught us, even with the above, Rudy's attitude has changed. If you remember, Rudy was very stiff when I tried to lay him on his side, sometimes he would growl at me. A year later, when I tell him to lay down, he will automatically roll over and show me his belly. He can still be cranky, but rarely does he growl when you pet him. Before we came to you, Rudy would growl 80 - 90% of the time when I pet him. Now it is maybe 5% and when he does Steve and I scold him and he will immediately feel bad and try to apologize. He has not bitten me or anyone else since my episode last March. Yesterday, Steve brought Rudy to the groomers and they said he was a perfect gentleman.
I really believe Rudy's demeanor has improved. I really do enjoy him now and I know Steve is greatful he is still in our household
Thanks again,

"Sir Oliver" and Karen
Gaby,
Sir Oliver is just wonderful. He is my very special dog. As you know he was a very sick puppy. He was rescued from a puppy mill and was treated by three different vets for such things as Distemper, Giardia, Anemia, Irritable Bowel Syndrome and was on a different antibiotic every week. During this time I still worked with the little fellow on his puppy training and no matter how sick he was he was always willing to learn and listen.
Oliver spent one week with you in Boot Camp Levels I & II and came home looking and acting like a dog months older than the one who left just a week before. He is so well behaved from just Levels I & II it's hard to believe...Level III looks like a sure thing for us... We plan to continue on and get his Canine Good Citizen Certificate and begin to work with sick children in the capacity of a Therapy dog.
The vet and I both agreed that for this little guy to be such a fighter he was meant for great things. I know he is and with your help Gaby I'm sure he will bring joy to the lives of others. I know he has brought joy to my life.
I can't thank you enough... You're a miracle worker when it comes to dogs. Hopefully Oliver won't let you down.
Update (1/21/08): Oliver just passed his test to become a therapy dog with the International Delta Society and the test was harder than the CGC test. I think he was the only dog that passed.

"Taylor" and Dr.Downing, DVM
Dear Gaby,
I wanted to take a brief opportunity to Thank you for all that you have done to help me with Taylor. As a single guy with no kids, my dogs, Taylor and Chelsea, mean the world to me. I used to be ashamed when people came to my home to visit and Taylor would jump up. I knew that she was not being aggressive, just friendly; still I used to dread having people come over and be assaulted by her greeting. I am now very proud of her behavior when we are at home and in public. The greatest complement I got came from my 11 year-old nephew. During the holidays, he commented on the difference and said she was doing very well.
Our training sessions have now progressed to more public areas and I am happy to report that she does very well and doesn't break her commands. I will be starting her work as a therapy dog soon and hope that I can bring some joy to people who may need some cheering up. I have also had great success applying the same principles I learned in our lessons with Taylor to teach Chelsea. Thanks again for all the help.

"Madison" and Dr.McWilliams, DVM, MA
As a small animal veterinarian, people have the impression that veterinarians learn how to 'train' dogs in vet school. In reality, animal behavior made up only a small portion of my veterinary curriculum...
...Our 4-year-old Bloodhound, Madison, began regularly chewing on inappropriate objects in the house. She also was aggressive to our other dog in the presence of treats or food... leash-walks were a hair-raising event (literally!). Between destroying new bedding ensembles and being uncontrollable on a leash, I had had enough, and began doing research on dog trainers in the area.
I have to admit, I was skeptical about anyone being able to train Madison as she presented several key challenges to training. Previous efforts at training her had revealed that she had little drive to please people, was not food motivated, and was often fearful of new people or in new situations.
During hours of searching, I perused Gaby's website and was impressed by her training philosophy and experience, so I decided to call Trinity Dog Training and set up an evaluation. My phone call was returned promptly by an interested person who asked intelligent, insightful questions about our situation. As a vet, I understand the critical importance of a taking a thorough history when it comes to problem solving, and I was encouraged to see this same approach taken here. The evaluation was just as thorough and at the conclusion, a suggested level of training and a written estimate were provided. I particularly liked that Gaby stood behind her training for the life of the dog; if I had a problem in the future, I could call her up and receive advice at no additional charge.
As the weeks progressed, Madison looked forward to her training sessions, and her behavior at home improved and her confidence grew. The training principles were common sense, fair, and easy to implement at home. At last, Madison understood her place in our home and what was expected of her...and I could walk Madison and Moose in our neighborhood without fear of a situation getting out of control. Within a month of beginning training, the destructive behavior ceased. In addition, our relationship changed. She began to respect my husband and me. Staff members at work began to notice that Madison's shyness was lessening.
...her progress has been remarkable since we began working with Gaby... I have referred many clients to Gaby and am thrilled to say that they report great satisfaction with their experience. I feel that canine companionship is not a human right or even a necessity - it is a luxury, and as humans the onus is on us to provide for our canine companions. If you want the best possible relationship with your canine companion, consider training with Gabriela Urevitch.

Gaby,
I can't tell you how good it was to see you (again).
Wanted to update you on Sherman's first day after training:
We had no accidents in the house, because of course, I was gently reminded by you of what I should be doing. So I did it, he loved it, and we are all a very happy (not smelly) household. He did great. He walked on his leash, did his job and was proud to do it.
Thanks for everything. Thank you for helping me and guiding me to make sure that my dogs become well adjusted, happy, healthy, out going, confident and obedient members of our family. Because they are our family, it is only right that the ones that provide do it in a manner that allows them achieve their absolute best. You do that Gaby, you make them shine by teaching us and for that I will forever be in your debt.

"Annie" and Bud and Harriet
Gaby,
Guess what?? I came home from church and took Annie for a walk. She sensed something and turned around and down the street behind us was Karen and her dog Yoda. Yoda is one of the small white dogs that Annie hated. I made Annie sit and as Karen kept coming and asking me if she should still come forward. I told her to and as she got almost across from us and made Annie still in the street and Yoda was on the sidewalk. Gradually Annie smelled Yoda and we immediately started walking together down the street. We walked all the way down our side and us the other side and not one problem what so ever.
It is wonderful.
Last night I wanted to show Bud how she was with Yoda - we went down and there were about 5 dogs plus Annie. She didn't pay any attention to Yoda except to smell alittle and Yoda smelled back. All the dogs were little so she finally came over to us and laid down as we were talking. What a joy!!!!! Thanks thanks thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks Gaby for everything you taught us and Annie.

I know you will be thrilled.
She has been following my two year old grandson's commands (well some of the time). She walks beside his stroller, he holds the leash and he tells her to heel. He even says easy and she sits. All of his fear has gone and basically he has laid claim to her telling everyone Latte is Tyler's dog.
Update (11/3/06): Wednesday evening I took Tyler and Latte to Bell Tower in a double stroller. I did not put a leash on her and she did not have her collar on. The only time she got out of the stroller was when I told her she could go potty in the grass before we actually went in the mall. We stopped for ice cream and Tyler and I went in to get it.
She sat in the stroller with people walking by. She ate hers and Tyler had some left which of course she wanted. He said he would share so I put a scoop in her bowl. When she finished she wanted more and he said “no Latte, sit” and she did. She did not try to get anymore and sat and watched him eat the rest. Tyler is 2 ½. I was so very proud of her. We are going to Bell Tower again tonight.
You should be proud. And a big thanks,

Lori Ball - The Pet Nannny
What can I say about Gaby, except if you're looking for a trainer that will give you structured advice on how to interact with your dog you've found her! She has been compared to Caesar Millan and that is a very accurate comparison. Each time you meet with her for a lesson you walk away with so much information about the why's. She doesn't just walk you through the steps of training she explains everything along the way. I learned so much about how to give my dogs the confidence they need. My pets are better companions and I'm a better owner because of Gaby.
I met Gaby about three years ago when she called me to do some pet sitting for her while she and her husband went away for Christmas. She told me she was a dog trainer and me, the skeptic, I blew her off as just another person who read a book here and there and decided to call herself a dog trainer. Later I learned how wrong I was.
Today, Gaby is the professional I consult with when I have pet sitting assignments that are challenging. If someone has an aggressive dog I have them contact her as the expert. Gaby advices me in what the pet should not be allowed to do and what I should and should not do. It's a win-win situation because most kennels would never allow a dog that has aggression issues to be boarded simply because of the liability but with the help of Gaby I can take the assignment.
Whenever I have any clients who are having serious problems with their dogs I always refer them to Gaby for training. I have the utmost confidence in Gaby's professionalism, dedication and success. I'm still amazed with her gift to help people and their pets. My children have the same confidence in her. Whenever they see anything negative in the news about pets being destroyed because they harmed a person they always turn to me and say - they should just call Gaby! It really is as simple as that - just call Gaby and she'll turn things around for you.
Please feel free to contact me regarding Gabriela Urevitch.

"Bailey" and Lisa
Gaby came into our lives during the holiday season. As I look back now, we could call her our "angel" in regards to the monumental change that has taken place with our pet, Bailey.
Bailey is a seven year old cocker spaniel mix, who had always been the center of attention. I have been a single parent with one child for many years and Bailey was the "masculine" energy in our home. Events culminated when my daughter brought her puppy home over the holiday season - prior to that, I witnessed some disturbing, aggressive behavior directed not only to me, but to my daughter.
After Bailey bit me, which required six stitches to my hand (I disturbed him on the bed!), we contacted our veterinarian who put us in touch with Gaby. Dr. McWilliams had a personal experience with Gaby as well, so Gaby came highly recommended.
Gaby performed an initial evaluation and told us that Bailey was dominant but not confident in his dominance. I signed up for Level 1 & 2 training and brought him to her for many weeks on end for his lessons. Little did I know, that throughout this process, I too was being trained!
I watched Bailey become a much more relaxed dog... it was difficult at first to be consistent with the techniques that she showed me, but the transformation was almost immediate when I followed her direction.
Bailey no longer sleeps on my bed and is very happy to lie on his dog bed, he walks next to me with pride and he has maintained a loving, respectful attitude toward me.
His training was the best thing I could have done for both of us. This will be a life long commitment.
I highly recommend Trinity Dog Training. Gaby is a true professional in her field. She will forever hold a very fond place in our hearts.
Thank you Gaby!
Update (10/2/06): I just wanted to share with you that when I walked Bailey one evening last week, a couple on the opposite side of the street watched us as I gave the

street. They smiled and when we caught up to them, complimented me on my

"Chappy" and The Oliver Family
Dear Gabby,
Deb and I would like to extend our sincerest "thank you" for the amazing job
you did training Chappy. I have to admit, despite your claim that you could
train "any dog," we were skeptical and, of course, believed that our dog would
be the exception to your rule. How wrong we were!
In just 10 short days, you turned our little monster into the nicest, most
disciplined English Bulldog in Orlando. Both his indoor and outdoor behavior
have been modified 180 degrees and the time we used to spend chasing and
yelling, is now spent petting and playing. Quite frankly, our home is a much
nicer, warmer place to be with Chappy under control. And just in time for the
holidays! Even our 18 month old daughter agrees--she now lets us know that
it's time for "night-night" by curling-up in Chappy's bed with him.
Before we sought your services, we were at our wits end and were very close to
finding a new home for Chappy. The thought of giving him away really bummed us
out because, at his core, we knew that Chappy was a very sweet puppy--he was
just out of control. And besides, we wanted our daughter to grow up around
animals like both of us did. We just didn't have the time, patience or skills
to break his bad behaviors. Fortunately, you did. Now Chappy is in our family
to stay!
Thanks again for everything and we're really looking forward to our follow-up
lessons. Please feel free to use us as a reference, as we will be recommending Gaby Urevitch whenever we get the chance!
Best Wishes,

Corky is definitely a new man!
...At the end of September we'd been out of town three times and that's when Corky got a bit testy, but I have to say he caught himself. In his previous life he would have bit me.
I continue to reinforce what we learned, taking him out for walks during the day when noisy cars are going down the street and telling him to sit and stay and he always does what he's told. Staying in his place away from the table at dinner time is no problem either. Now he often goes to his kennel with the door open to nap. If you remember when we first came to you he had decided that his kennel was not on the program. I can't remember the last time he sucked on his paw. He usually waits for everyone to come in or go out of the door and if he forgets we make him go back and wait.
Best of luck and keep in touch,

"Hershey" and Dave
Dear Gaby,
I want to thank you for the incredible job that you have done with Hershey. Before I came to Trinity Dog training I talked to other pet trainers and just did not believe in some of the methods used. I was seeking training that would allow me, if ever needed, to get my dog to respond to commands off leash just in case she ran off into traffic...
At the initial evaluation you provided detailed information of the techniques you use and how dogs learn. When I brought Hershey to you she was very scared to be around other dogs and would foam at the mouth...scared of
various noises, going in water, soiled the house, had selective hearing and jumped on furniture and people.
Hershey can now be walked without pulling, sits and stays and is not scared of
every noise that she hears. She also does things that I would not think she would
ever dog such as, walking up steps by my side, come when called and playing with
other dogs at the park.
Gaby was even able to have Hershey perform a sit-stay on a dock and walk on a treadmill. The Trinity Dog Training Program not only trains the dog but also teaches owners how to get their dog to listen and respect them.
Gaby's knowledge, skills, ability and passion enable her to transfer her experience to the dog owner so that one achieves success in a short period of time.
She does it all in a positive way. Gaby makes the training fun and entertaining so that the dog responds in a very happy manner and wants to follow instructions.
I have already recommended Trinity Dog Training to a family member and would do so
to anyone that is seeking a well behaved dog.
Gaby, thanks and best wishes, Hershey and I enjoyed ourselves and have learned together what to expect from each other.

Woodie Hall - Kennel Owner
I am the owner of Keystone Pet Resort in Tarpon Springs, Florida. For thirty-five years, I have worked with pets and their owners.
I have witnessed first-hand the final results of dogs whose owners had given up. In each instance' these very frustrated pet owners had hired pet trainers and on more than one occasion' the trainers had not been able to make a difference. Gaby is very honest when talking to these prospective clients. She makes no false promises that she can train an extremely aggressive dog into the perfect pet but I have witnessed amazing results after a week to ten days of "Boot Camp". The dogs begin to respond and have been taught enough self- confidence for the owners to walk them on a leash and issue basic commands that are rewarded with compliance.
For example, early in our working relationship, Gaby brought a large breed dog to boot camp. This dog was in such a bad shape he could barely be handled by his owner. He was nervous, agitated and alternately, aggressive and cowering. I did not believe this dog could be turned into the pet the owner hoped for. After boot camp, I was amazed to see that Gaby was able to instill enough self-confidence in this dog to stop the unwanted behaviors. The dog has since become a frequent boarder at my kennel. It is such a pleasure to see a happy dog and equally happy owner.
Gaby's professionalism, respect and true passion for training dogs and their owners is the reason for her many happy graduates.

You have motivated me to work more consistently with Rusty. It is amazing how much difference just a little practice makes!
...He was going for the street and a car was coming...I called the come command and he did respond... he made a bee line for me as the car passed. It was like in slow motion or tunnel vision - I was so focused on Rusty. I gave him lots of praise when it was over and he responded to that. It was amazing!...A little practice goes a long way.
Also, there is a huge difference in how he reacts to strangers.

Dear Gaby,
My name is Bongo Rosas and I'm a boot camper graduate. I was in boot camp because
my parents love me very much but were a little confused on how to talk to me. I'm
glad they sent me to you. You are able to talk doggie language and I felt like I
was finally being understood. I learned that it's okay to listen to humans because
the more I listen, the more they love me.
The best part of boot camp is that you taught my parents doggie language as well!
Now I understand:
I can't pull when we walk in the park
I must sit and stay when they tell me
Playing with papers is a no-no
And if I do these and other stuff, they really enjoy it and give me lots of loving attention.
I feel like my parents and I understand each other better and enjoy each other more because of it. Now they know that my frowning face is only because of all my wrinkles...not because I'm unhappy!
I really miss learning from you, but enjoy home more after you came into our lives.
